Independent sourcing role

Field Source Sourcing provides an independent route for business buyers to describe tractor requirements and discuss potential factory quotations. Website content, catalog options and illustrations are inquiry aids. They do not constitute a confirmed supply offer, inventory statement, manufacturer relationship, authorized dealership or guarantee that equipment is suitable for a particular task.

Your procurement brief

Provide information you are authorized to share and identify the product configuration, quantity, destination and requested delivery basis. Mark estimates and unresolved requirements clearly. If a scope changes, provide the revised details before comparing offers. Buyers remain responsible for explaining their application, operating conditions and acceptance needs.

Quotes and commercial scope

Factory identity, model specifications, MOQ, currency, unit basis, packing, lead-time basis, quote validity and exclusions require confirmation. Equipment, implements, spare parts, freight, destination handling, inspection, installation and commissioning may be separate items. A purchase or additional service requires an agreed written scope with the responsible parties. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve a machine.

Technical and destination checks

Request model-specific manuals, interface drawings, parts references and applicable destination documents from the proposed supplier. Confirm tractor and attachment compatibility, relevant requirements and importing responsibilities with qualified parties. General procurement notes do not replace operating instructions, an equipment assessment or advice from the responsible authority.

A target budget and supplier preference help organize the comparison. They are not verified vendor ratings or final price commitments. Any sourcing support described on the website is subject to the displayed eligibility review. It is not a fixed discount, a minimum-price promise or a promise of savings on each order.
